Sales missions

Meet India’s luxury travel agencies in person

We plan, organise and follow up roadshows and sales missions in Mumbai, Delhi and other cities, so your team sits face to face with the agencies whose clients suit your hotel.

What a mission includes

We plan, organise and follow up every mission

Sales missions are part of our representation work. Hotels that want to meet India’s travel trade before appointing representation can also commission a single mission. All mission costs are agreed with you in advance.

Meetings

One-to-one agency meetings

Meetings in the offices of agencies chosen specifically for your hotel, in Mumbai, Delhi and other cities.

Gatherings

Lunches and evenings

Small seated lunches and dinners for agency owners and senior advisors, organised around your hotel.

Training

Trainings that deliver

We train India’s advisors on who your hotel suits, how to present it and how to quote it.

Orientation

A briefing before the first meeting

We brief your team on how India’s luxury travellers plan and book, and on what each agency on your schedule sells.

Fam trips

Familiarisation stays

We arrange stays at your hotel for key agency owners and handle the guest list, the itinerary and the follow-up.

Follow-up

On the record

We log every meeting, follow up every enquiry and send you a written mission report.

How a mission runs

Before, during and after

  1. 01

    Before

We shortlist agencies from our agency profiles, confirm your meeting schedule and brief you on each agency. We also publish your agent guide, so advisors can quote your hotel the same week.

  2. 02

    During

Kapill Sharrma or Sudarshana Kar joins your team at every meeting, making the introductions and giving the context that opens the right conversations.

  3. 03

    After

We follow up with every agency you met and track enquiries through to confirmed stays. Our mission report sets out who you met, what they asked for and what it produced.
