What your clients are buying
Time with a private edit, not a walk through a store
Nimette is a fashion salon, not a shop floor. Your clients book a slot, the selection is prepared around them, and the room is theirs while they try pieces on.
The whole salon, for one appointment
Nimette says the salon is fully privatised for each visit. No other shoppers arrive mid-visit. For the length of the appointment, the room belongs to your client.
Chosen before they arrive
Before the visit, a conversation with Nimette’s stylist shapes a pre-selection of looks from the Nimette collection. Your client walks in to pieces already chosen with them in mind.
Rare by design
Pieces are produced in very limited editions or created exclusively for Nimette, with an emphasis on noble materials and precise cuts. What your client takes home, few others will own.
One eye, one edit
The edit reflects the eye of founder Nima Krings who, according to press coverage, hand-selects pieces on trips to Japan. Your clients see what she found, not a department-store range.
A salon built for discovery
Nima Krings opened the salon in 2025, above the Balenciaga flagship on Rue Saint-Honoré. The Impression describes it as dedicated to emerging and independent Japanese designers. The interior, designed with architect Marie-Anne Derville, is deliberately quiet, so every eye stays on the clothes.
Japan is the heart of the edit, not its limit. Nimette says its wider selection draws on designers from around the world, and press coverage also mentions pieces from Mongolia.
"Instead of emulating traditional luxury salons, Le Salon Nimette focuses on discovery and dialogue."The Impression, July 2025

How an appointment works
Four simple steps, from request to visit
Nimette receives visitors by appointment only. Every visit starts with a request, and the salon confirms the slot. The steps below follow Nimette’s own site and booking form.

Paris's official tourist office describes access as by appointment and by referral. Nimette does not publish a visit length or a booking lead time.
Open slots at the salon
Pick a time. We secure it with Nimette.
These are the appointment times Nimette's own booking calendar shows as open. Choose a date and a time, add your client's details, and send the request to us. We will confirm it with the salon and come back to you.
Choose a date
Dates with open slots are marked in gold.
Times are Paris time, with India time alongside. Availability is read from Nimette's booking calendar and refreshed automatically every hour, and the time of the last update appears under the calendar.
The designers
Five labels named in the opening edit
These are the labels the press named when the salon opened (The Impression, July 2025, and Pairs Project, October 2025). Nimette does not list its designers on its own site, and the edit changes, so we confirm what is in the salon before each visit.
Location
Between Place Vendôme and the Tuileries
The salon is on the western stretch of Rue Saint-Honoré in the 1st arrondissement, a short walk from the Tuileries, Place Vendôme and the Louvre. The appointment fits into a Paris day on foot, with no car needed.

Pairing with a Paris itinerary
Where the appointment fits in the day
The salon sits in a very walkable part of central Paris. The appointment slips easily into a day your client has already planned.
The Louvre, then Nimette
The Pyramid is under 700 m away. Spend the morning with the museum’s collections, then see a very different kind of collection in the afternoon, all on foot.
Arrive through the garden
The garden’s Rue de Rivoli edge, by Tuileries metro, is about 150 m from the salon. A walk through the Tuileries is the natural way to arrive, and a gentle way to unwind afterwards.
From Vendôme, on foot
The square is about 210 m away. Clients staying or dining around Vendôme can walk over in a few minutes, with no car needed.
Fashion Week and beyond
Nimette marked its opening with a breakfast during Paris Fashion Week, and press coverage reports plans for events in literature, art and design. If your client’s dates line up, the visit can become an occasion. Ask us what is planned.
Our advice: avoid a fixed-time booking straight after the appointment, so the visit never feels rushed.
Plan the visit
Who it suits, and what to know
Nimette does not publish rates for its pieces, and the salon confirms details with your client directly.
Strong fit
- Clients who already wear Japanese designers and want to go further than the flagship stores.
- Collectors who value limited editions and pieces made exclusively for one salon.
- Architecture, art and design lovers who will enjoy a quiet, considered room and the conversation that comes with it.
- Clients who prefer privacy to a busy shop floor.
Think twice
- Clients looking for logo luxury and recognisable status pieces. This edit celebrates independent designers instead.
- Evening wear or bridal shopping, including wedding wardrobes. Nimette does not present itself as an evening-wear or bridal salon.
- Clients who want to browse on impulse without an appointment.
- A quick stop squeezed between fixed-time bookings.
